Hand delivery is available within Guernsey, Channel Islands only. Please select Guernsey at checkout stage for reduced delivery cost of £1.50.
FREE Collection available. Please make sure your phone number is correct on your order so we can message you when your item is ready for collection. We will also provide collection details. This is a free service however we are not held accountable for anything that may happen to your order after it has been quality checked, packaged and left for collection. This is solely buyers discretion.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on all Bath & Body items.
Any Home Fragrance items may be exchanged or refunded if they are un-used and not tampered with. Items must be in it's original packaging suitable for resale. Any returns or exchanges must be discussed prior and will be buyers responsibility to arrange this.
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any non Bath & Body wholesale order which requests cancellation will incur a 25% fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Any Bath & Body wholesale orders are non-refundable. Any Personalised items are non-refundable.
All local returns and exchanges must be complete within 14 days. Any shipped returns 30 days - If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any shipment cost for a return is to be paid by the buyer, this is also not refundable.
What if my item is damaged?
If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty and are not happy, please contact us as soon as you receive damaged item so we can discuss this with you. We will require any photo evidence of this and we will go from there. Refunds and replacements are not guaranteed due to how delicate most of our stock is. We will do our best to prevent this when delivering/shipping. If you choose a local collection, your order will be quality checked right before collection, anything after that, is buyers responsibility.
